My 4 year old daughter asked Santa for a Baby Alive this year for Christmas. Have you seen that doll? It’s a little scary looking but it’s what she wants. I was looking at the accessories that you can buy to go with it and noticed they had a package of disposable diapers. What?! I didn’t even buy disposable diapers for my REAL babies! I’m sure not going to keep buying them for a doll. Fortunately, I have a lot of experience making diapers so making a doll version was a piece of cake. Here’s what I came up with:
A few day ago Sew Mama Sew announced they would be hosting a Giveaway. I am so excited to participate. I decided my doll diapers would be the perfect thing and may arrive just in time for Christmas gift giving.
If you would like to enter for a chance to win these diapers just comment on this post (please only comment once). You have from December 13-17 to enter by commenting. On December 18th we will randomly draw the winner and then I’m going to try my hardest to ship the same day so that you just might have a chance to receive your item in time for Christmas. (Please understand I have no control over the postal service.)
The diaper pictured (above) is on one of the smaller Baby Alive dolls. It’s a little big but works. I’ve since tried it on Baby Born and it fit perfectly, so it should fit a variety of dolls well.
The winner of the drawing will receive 3 diapers (with velcro closures)–two flannel and one that has a waterproof/PUL backing bound with fold-over elastic. Diapers sent will be chosen out of those pictured here.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
